Email is the Devil

Today I read through some of my “flagged for response” email and some of it is over two years old. Is that too late to respond to something?

There was a time when I used to be very, very good at responding to email in a timely manner. (I guess that time was more than two years ago.)

Not only that, but I used to actually have correspondence with people over email. Regular correspondence, that lasted for months or even years.

Now it seems that all I do is ignore email or respond with ill-conceived crap.

It seems somehow wrong that now I spend more time writing “things” to the vast faceless web audience than I do composing real letters to people.
